I love dogs and will make sure your dog is well cared for and gets all the exercise and play they need. I have several years of experience walking dogs and caring for them while their parents are away and I understand the importance of making sure your dog feels safe and cared for, even if you are just at work for the day. I am familiar with most types of harnesses, leads, and collars and if you use one I'm not familiar with I will take great care to make sure your pup is safe and comfortable. If your dog has any specific needs or you want anything else just let me know and I will do whatever I can to accommodate you and your dog.

Todd was able to help us in a bind when our original sitter cancelled. He did great! He took on two dogs and house sitting for us. He coordinated a meeting beforehand so he could meet our dogs and get the routine, which I appreciated. He was communicative and asked permission before he took one of our dogs for a walk, which I also appreciated. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs (and house) with him for 4 days.
Todd was able to accommodate a rather last minute request. He was very prompt and took good care of our dogs. One of our dogs has epilepsy and this diagnosis did not discourage him from helping us. He did a great job.

If you do choose to board dogs with us in our home they will be in a safe and loving environment with a fenced in yard. We do not allow our dogs out in the yard unsupervised so either my wife or I would be outside with your pet at all times while they are in the yard to ensure their safety and to play with them.

A typical day
Each dog needs different amounts of exercise and is comfortable with different amounts of change. I would love to talk to you about what your comfortable with your dog doing (hikes on local trails, trips to the dog park, or anything you might suggest) and tailor their experience to those needs/wishes

Availability
I work full time so any week day bookings will need to be before or after work. I do have a good deal of flexibility with my schedule so clients in Eastern York may have greater options for times, including stop ins or walks over lunch.
