Experienced & Dependable Sitter
Pet care experience
I have had Blu since he was almost 1 years of age. I trained him to perform basic and advanced commands myself, including housebreaking, and several friends ask me for training tips. Throughout law school, I sat for several families (in home and in my own). As Blu is getting older, I love dog sitting to ensure he still participates in socialization since he is the only dog in the home.
Reviews
Hmmm, where to start…T’Keyah has been a great help to me and my pup. I appreciate how responsive she is and how well she communicates what is going on with my pup. Her updates always put me at ease. She is flexible and for this last visit when I was in a pinch she came through for me! I appreciate her, and my pup always has a good time there. He is definitely spoiled when visiting T’Keyah!
T’Keyah looked after my girl Brie like she was her own. Brie had plenty of playtime outside, got to enjoy the other dogs in T’Keyah’s care (one of which was my mom’s dog) and even enjoyed our first snow in 2 years! Brie came home tired and happy after her stay with her. Will definitely book again..
Stormy always have a good time with T’Keyah. I’m so grateful for her and Blue❤️
Your service & commitment us awesome. Snickerdoodle and U will see you next time.

My backyard is small and gated, but I prefer to walk my furry friends on the Cobbs Creek trail across the street. I always walk with harness/collar and leash. When dog sitting, I do not leave the home for more than 3 hours (aside for when I am at the office) and when I am out, I monitor the home with smart devices. Blu has a crate that I can house him in when I am not home if that would make you comfortable. Additionally, if you provide a crate, I will house your four-legged friend in the crate until I return for safety if preferred. I am fine with Blu and guests free-roaming during short leaves from the home while sitting. For our guests with special needs or ambulation difficulties, I have bowls and beds downstairs and will sleep downstairs to keep them company to prevent anxiety or loneliness.

Information T'Keyah N. would like to know about your pet
It is important to know your dog’s temperament, any health issues, feeding schedule, and normal potty break schedule. I try to keep the schedules the same so that when you return, there are no interruptions to you all’s schedules.
A typical day
Because I live on Cobb’s Creek Parkway, Blu and our furry visitors frequent the park. For dogs who like to walk, this is perfect. For dogs who need to run about freely, there are enclosed tennis courts that I can allow them to get their zoomies out and then we can walk the trail to ensure a good nap when we get back to the house.

Availability
I work from home on Monday, Thursday, and Friday which allows for walks and attention throughout the day--a break for my mind and some activity for the pups. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I leave for work at 7:30 am and return by 4:15 pm to ensure that your pup(s) get some time out in the sun before it goes down for the day. During non-work hours, I am a homebody which facilitates quality time for your pet(s).
