Pet care experience
I have loved animals since I was young and would buy the Zoo Books sold on Nickelodeon late at night. I grew up with animals in my family: two life-time family dogs, 3 life-time family cats, 2 hamsters, and a rabbit. I've always felt connected to them and feel that translates to my care. No details go unnoticed, and I make sure that any animal I’m watching receives the love their owners would wish for them while they are gone.

TJ was amazing, as always! We have absolute peace of mind when our pets are under his care. He sends lots of cute pics and videos of them, too!
TJ was an absolutely wonderful sitter for our mini dachshund Charlotte. As others have noted, he sent frequent photos and updates, and left the apartment spotless. I could tell from the photos that Charlotte loved TJ! I felt so at ease knowing she was well-cared for. My mother became ill while we were away, and we had to postpone our return by a day. Thank goodness TJ was available, and he graciously agreed to stay the extra day and until late into the evening when we arrived home on our new flight (we provided an Uber given the late hour). We are so grateful for his flexibility and kindness, and will certainly seek to have TJ stay with Charlotte again when we take trips in the future!
Smoosha came back super happy from her walk with TJ! I could tell they had fun!! We got a full report of her walk. We’ll definitely book again!!
TJ was fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. Always provided updates, took great care of my dog and our friends dog as well. In addition he left our home super clean. We couldn't be happier or recommend him more.

The main priority when I get in there is to make sure the pet is comfortable whether that means food and water, medical care, playing with them or giving them space. If I'm walking them, I would make sure that they are comfortable in their leash/harness, and all set to go. I keep my own home clean so while I'm house/pet sitting, I like to keep the space looking like it looked before while making sure your pet receives the best care.

I truly have no preference on breed, or size, or age. Any kind if dog or animal makes me happy, but of course I would want to know the dogs name, and if they have any dietary specifications or special needs so I can be prepared and ready to go!
A typical day
There is nothing more fun than playing with a dog, whether it be running around in a park, playing with their favorite toy, or just having a cuddle puddle. I always like to take a dog I walk by the water or all around the closest park to remind the dog (and myself) that there’s more to this city than concrete and skyscrapers.

Availability
I mainly work evenings from 5:30-10:30, so that leaves most mornings and afternoons open to check in or attend to any major things, and I. would also be willing to come back after work. I'm hoping to make this more of my focus, so that could involve having more days in the week completely free for all day care!
