This was a horrible experience. We had left my old dog with TJ from Wednesday to Sunday and I told him we wouldn't be back till 5pm Sunday. Sunday morning he starts texting saying he wants an extra 140$ for just sunday. I had already paid him for the week thru the rover site. And then he decided to feed my dog human food which made my dog shit all over his house. And then told rover there was extra expenses and so charged me an extra 58$ thru the site. When I got to town he wouldn't give me my dog back. He kept telling me to pay the 140$ and then he would give my dog back. I had to call the cops for him to bring my dog out of the apartment. I dont think I'll ever use rover again.
