I have experience dealing with special needs animals and can administer medication if needed. I use positive reinforcement only and keep my dogs on a short leash to maintain control and ensure safety. I live on Lake Merrit and can do walks around the lake but I'm also willing to venture out to the East Bay Regional Parks on special occasions.
