Pet care experience
I grew up with all kinds of pets, including rodents, lizards, snakes, and of course 3 dogs! We had a golden retriever, a chow mix and a little mutt. In high school I would dog-sit and house-sit for my parents friends while they were out of town, feeding the dogs, taking them outside and on walks - though in the summer, most of our exercise comes from playing catch inside the house. I'm comfortable feeding and playing with other pets as well - there's probably no pet that you have that I didn't grow up with. Except maybe a tarantula. I've always had a passion for pups and last summer I volunteered at AAWL, walking and caring for big and small dogs as well as doing laundry and other small tasks.

This was my first experience using Rover, and I'm glad I did. Tina was wonderful with Ollie. He's usually anxious around strangers, but warmed up to her right away. Tina's communication was great and I felt confident in her ability to handle any issues that came up while we were out of the country. Most of all, I appreciated that she walked my dog and provided him with interaction and exercise! Would definitely recommend Tina.
Though my dog is generally pretty easy to take care of, there are things to consider because of her age. Simply taking a dog for a walk, or to "go potty" at age 13 is very different than for a younger dog. Plus, the AZ summer heat makes things more difficult for older dogs. Tina did an exceptional job taking care of my dog, and replied to my messages promptly. Additionally, my home was left in the same condition when I returned from my trip out of town. This was not the case when using another caregiver from Rover in the past. Tina did a great job. Thanks again!
My Sophie took to Tina immediately, which in itself says a lot! Tina was very responsive to messages and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend her.
Tina dog sat our three dogs and she was just wonderful. She's a very responsible and energetic person. She even took them all for a walk, and they are three different sizes, from a large Golden Retriever to a small dachshund mix! Not an easy task. Tina was very loving and caring with our furry babies and I would highly recommend her!
