Pet care experience
I started cat and dogsitting in my neighborhood when I was 10. Throughout college, medical school, and now residency, I cat-and dogsat for professors, friends, and acquaintances. I’ve also taken care of rabbits, guinea pigs, other small mammals, turtles, and other reptiles. I'd love to take care of your pet and would treat him/her as I would my own. I've been lucky to live with two cats for five years, so I'm very familiar and comfortable with litter changes, grooming, and cat care and play as well! I’ve taken care of healthy dogs and cats, as well as pets with special health needs requiring insulin or subcutaneous and oral medication administration.
Reviews
Tina is fantastic! She was very attentive, communicative, and sweet for our medically complicated 5-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. We would highly recommend her for any pet care.
Tina is the best and most reliable cat sitter! She’s very communicative, responsive, and sends lots of great pics. I can tell my cat is comfortable with her, and looks forward to her visits. Thank you, Tina!
Tina was amazing with our 2 dogs while we went to visit family for the holidays. This was our first time hiring someone to watch them and we felt so at ease the whole time.
Tina took care of our elderly cats in our home for 3 weeks and did a fantastic job. This was our second time hiring her and both times, we were fully satisfied.

Information Tina M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know what special needs or quirks your pet has so I can best respond to her/him. I understand any medical needs they might have. For example, I have taken care of dogs and cats requiring insulin shots for diabetes or medication for epilepsy, arthritis, depression, and other conditions.
A typical day
I am always happy to go on long walks or short runs, if desired. I enjoy playing fetch or other, quieter games, or just lounging with them.

I run, so if your dog is up for walks or runs, I'd love to take them and go at their pace! I will bring plenty of water to keep them hydrated. I can also stay in your home to keep them company. I stick to doing quiet things like studying. I work as a resident physician in the Longwood Medical Area. I'm conscientious about wearing a mask in public and at work. I am currently on research (rather than clinical service), so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available to care for your pet via drop-in visits, staying in house, or bording in my home. I'm very low maintenance, clean, and will be respectful of your space. :)
