If your dog is a loner, that is fine too. My dogs have their own space to enjoy. If your dog is a digger it would be impossible for him or her to get out. I have lay wired fencing along my fence. My male dog was a digger. I lined wired fencing in the grass along my fence for him to stop digging and it worked. It would be great to meet at a dog park to see if our dogs are compatible. If we don’t have time for this I can always kennel my dogs. I also have portable fencing that I can set up inside or outside my home. I will never leave my dogs with visiting dogs unsupervised.
