Tahoe was left in good, caring hands. Tina was flexible, prompt with communication, and knowledgeable. On the second day of Tahoe's stay, he wasn't feeling well and Tina took great care of him. Our dogs enjoyed playing with each other and Tahoe even came home with a treat bag.

I highly, highly recommend Tina, for three reasons: 1) She is the consummate professional, clearly taking the comfort and happiness of my dog very seriously. She was super flexible on timing, asked all pertinent questions about training, safety, likes and dislikes, even offered to pick up Toby at my house. She also bathed him right before pickup, which was so unexpected. He smelled wonderful. 2) Her communication is superb. We got quick responses from her on everything, tons of pupdates (including pictures). 3) Her dog, Wrigley, is a fantastic canine companion and instant best friends with my dog, which I know helped him settle right in. If Toby could talk, he'd be saying "TAKE ME BACK TO TINA AND WRIGLEY!"
