Timothy was super nice and I could tell he loved animals when I met him but didn’t follow the instructions as given. He fed my dogs at 9pm when instructed to only feed them in the morning. (It’s very important not to walk large dogs within an hour of feeding as their stomaches can flip.) At 9:15pm he took both of my dogs for a walk and dropped the leash of one of them. At 9:50pm he contacted me to tell me he had lost my dog. I had to cancel the rest of my trip and come home to find her. When I found her she required several thousand dollars in emergency medical care as well as a several days of specialty vet hospitalization. She had been struck by a vehicle. He also left my front door open and my cat was lost as well but is home safe because we went and found him as well. He left my dog in the backyard after I specifically told him not to which resulted with some very upset neighbors. I understand that things happen that are out of our control but I didn’t feel the way that Timothy handled the situation was in the best interest of my pets.
