Pet care experience
I have been around dogs all of my life, from family pets while growing up to previous house-sitting/dog care to volunteering at Stray Rescue and running with the pit bull mix dogs. I work from home when I am not out of town for a project, so I am quite available to let your dog out at my house or at your home as needed when I can accept a gig. If your dog likes quick play, I am happy to toss a ball around and chase around the yard to burn those short bursts of energy. If your dog likes a longer, steady activity, I can run 10 minutes or 10 miles with him/her and keep your dog active for extended periods of time.

I would like to know if the dog is social - there are neighbors with dogs, and it seems many assume if their dog is social, then it's ok to let their dog get close to another dog. I would like to know any particular play preferences - chase a thrown ball, tug-of-war, etc. I would like to know the general frequency of feeding and outdoor use; know what is typical for the dog to try to keep things similar to their "normal" day.
A typical day
Besides walking, playing in a yard, running, or just relaxing on my couch, I am happy to drive out to Willmore Park, Shaw Park, or others nearby where dog parks exist. Your dog would need to be approved already with any possible fee paid and proof of vaccinations for us to be admitted.
