I am currently finishing my Associates Degree in Multimedia. I grew up around dogs for the most part. That includes, walking, feeding and caring. I most recently was walking a friend's dogs three times a week. I don't currently own a dog but in the future I would love to take one in. When I was younger my Grandfather raised show dogs in Vermont. He specialized in training Bluetick hound dogs. From the age of 7-12 I had a family dog named Babe. She was a beagle. Sadly, she ran away when I was 12. At the age of 13 my family took in an Akita named Shelby. She was abused by her previous owner. At first she was skittish. However, she warmed up to our family and lived to be 18 years old.
