Pet care experience
I love animals of all sizes, no matter how big or small. I've successfully trained several dogs in obedience in classes and earned certificates. I tend to let animals warm up to me at their own pace.

Tim and Lorri have been fantastic helping to take our dog for regular walks! She always gets great exercise and is so excited to see them - they do an amazing job and are highly recommended to all dog owners!
Tim and his wife watched Mia at night and gave her all the snuggles and company she likes. We also appreciated all the photos they took.
Mia had a great time with Tim and Lorrie and was thoroughly spoiled with attention. Tim provided a lot of updates and photos, which I always appreciate because I love knowing how the visit is going. Mia was also pretty excited to stay with Tim and Lorrie after meeting them during a brief meet-and-greet.
On time, very nice, and professional! Rosie came back tired and happy from her walk. :)

We no longer have pets, but we LOVE to host and enjoy other peoples pets. We treat them just like our family. We have a large fenced yard and a pet door for up to large sized pets.

A typical day
I love to be outside, even in the cold, and I always bring whatever pet I am watching with me. They love to hang out outside while I perform everyday tasks. Or, we have lots of paved trails to walk in the neighborhood and I try and get in at least 12-15000 steps daily with whatever pet I am with.

Availability
I am retired and except for some occasional travel I am at home full time. I prefer to keep busy and moving when I can so pets get lots of exercise.
