My whole family is crazy for dogs!
Pet care experience
I'm a part-time English professor and full-time stay-at-home father who lives in Southwest Minneapolis with my lovely wife, two wonderful children, and two fabulous rescue dogs--Grover & Marley--and we absolutely love dogs. We have a fully enclosed backyard, and frequently host doggy play-dates with our neighbor's pooches, and my wife and children can't walk past a dog without stopping to say hello. Your canine companion will receive the same love and attention that we lavish on our own cherished dogs.

There can't be any better dog sitter than Tim and his lovely family. My two dogs were happy there and came back to me unstressed and relaxed after a week of fun and loving attention. I'm seldom away from them and enjoy complete peace of mind while they're in his care.
Tim and his family love dogs, and it's evident in the care they take with them. My two dogs, who hadn't been away from me in over a year, were happy, cared for with love, and I think they would have enjoyed a longer stay. There is no other place I will take them for their own vacation while I'm on mine. Tim even sent me photos of them enjoying themselves!

Please let us know if your dog has any medical condition that requires special attention (e.g. dietary or exercise restrictions). Lastly, for the safety of our two dogs, please make sure that your dog's vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, etc.) are up to date.
A typical day
Frequent supervised playdates with neighborhood dogs in our fenced yard, daily walks around Lake Harriet, and occasional trips to the dog park (with owner's approval).
