Dogs are the best, aren't they?
Pet care experience
Dogs are my life, I have a Golden Retriever myself who just loves company, and I use Rover all the time both as a sitter and a customer. My availability is typically limited to weekends but happy to help outside of that window whenever possible. As I said I have a Golden who is 7 and gets along with everyone. She's fully kennel trained and knows how to give other dogs their own space so they feel welcome in our place. We live a short walk from a giant dog park and grassy area with tons of walking trails so we will get some exercise in when the weather permits.

I have known Tim for over 10 years now through his dog Vader and now his dog Slurpee. He is such a wonderful dog owner and very responsible with Slurpee. He spends lots of time with her and is continuously training her and teaching her new things. He treats his dog like his own child and I know he would do the same for any dog he were to dogsit for. In addition, Slurpee is a very friendly, well behaved dog and I know she would do great with any other dogs that would come to visit as I’ve seen her around other dogs and she is always great.
Tim is great with dogs. He watched my dog Mazie and brought his Golden puppy over as a play date too. They chased each other for hours. He’s gone out of his way to care for dogs for the 10 years I’ve known him. If he still lived in AZ, I would be using Tim to help with my dog when I’m out of town.

I welcome any friendly dogs that are potty trained. As long as your dog knows the basics and is friendly they will have a stellar time at my place.
A typical day
Walk the numerous trails by the mountain and dog park. If the weather sucks, I have plenty of indoor toys to play with or just be cuddly on the couch. I usually let the dog and their energy level dictate what we do.
