Pet care experience
I have been taking care of friends and families pets for years and I hope I can be lucky enough to take care of yours! My wife is a traveling nurse, and I have come with her on an adventure! I am a former Social Studies teacher, Community College lecturer, and hopefully future PsyD candidate. I am responsible and punctual, and I love every pet I have met! I worked in the Petsmart Pet's Hotel when I was younger and ever since then, I have felt like I have always had a connection with pets.

During our recent holiday trip, Tim was outstanding in caring for our dog Sasha. Sasha is a very energetic shepherd mix, and Tim gave Sasha all the play and care she deserved. I’m addition, cancelled flights meant we were delayed an extra day getting home, but Tim was very flexible and understanding, and was able to extend his care. Tim was also great with communication throughout the booking. Thanks Tim!

I have a rescue dog named Furbottom--which my wife and I rescued from the side of a freeway. We are working on her severe behavioral needs, but we love her and we are willing to put the work in. Because of that, I am hoping to work with your pets outside of the home (walks or petsitting). I take Furbottom on 2-3 walks a day working with a clicker to get her comfy being around other dogs!

The most important things to know about your pooch are how they feel about other dogs, how they prefer to be approached, what treats they like, are they leash trained, and where they like to go walking!
A typical day
My favorite place to walk is in the Goleta Butterfly Preserve--but since I am new to town, I am learning new places everyday! I love playing fetch with dogs, especially on the beach, but I am aware every dog is different and they too have preferences. A happy dog makes for simple work for me, so I will do what it takes to make your furbabies have a great time!
