If Pets Could Call Me, They Would
Pet care experience
Hi, Thanks for checking out my profile! I grew up with a dog (mostly rescues) for most of my childhood. I was surprised when my children brought home 2 cats from the shelter. While I never thought of myself as a Cat Guy, I grew to love them both and had them for almost 17 years. I have also taken care of my Mother's 15 year old dog who lived with us for 3 years, so I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, who need medication and gentle walking. I volunteer as a member of the National Ski Patrol so I have Advanced CPR and First Aid training. I currently own 2 Labs (pictured) and between them they do about 4 pages of commands...great, active dogs. If you want me to teach your dog a new command, I'd be happy to do that as part of my time spent with your dog. I only use positive reinforcement and treats. I love animals and understand how important a trusted helper is. I know how tough it is finding that perfect person for your fur baby! I'd be happy to be that person. Thanks Again and I hope either you ( or your pet...lol) gives me a call. -Tim

We found Tim on the Rover website. Our standard poodle Doogie is almost 15 now and we were nervous about boarding him. Tim was an outstanding discovery! We did a meet and greet and it was clear Tim was into taking care of our dog, not just boarding him. Doogie hit it off with Tim's dogs. Tim was great about sending us multiple daily email updates, with pictures. We were able to relax knowing Tim was watching over our baby! No question- this was the best boarding experience ever - for us and for our dog. Thank you Tim - we'll be seeing you again!
Tim boarded my senior (15 year old) dog for 4 days. My dog requires multiple oral medications which Tim managed perfectly. I was very happy with the communication as Tim provided frequent updates and lots of pictures. His two dogs were very well behaved and great with my dog - it was good to have other dogs around him to socialize with. I would personally use Tim's services again and recommend him highly to others.
We left our dog with Tim and his crew while we were on a trip out west. We were worried to leave her but she was in excellent hands.Tim sent regular updates which was reassuring - and sometimes hilarious. It was like our dog was at summer camp with her buddies. TIm made sure she was entertained, happy, and well cared-for!
Tim is amazing. You will be so lucky if he is available. He took such good care of our dog for 9 days, was so attentive to everything we asked, and kept her engaged. He updated us daily with photos and info about walks and play with his two friendly dogs, which gave us such great piece of mind. I cannot imagine a better experience for our dog and we will definitely be using him again.

Information Tim B. would like to know about your pet
I would want you to tell me the same sort of details you would if you were hiring me to take care of a child. What is your pet's personality like? What do they like/dislike? Food/potty schedule? Any medical/behavioral issues? How do they do with other animals/strangers?
A typical day
I love walking with dogs either on sidewalks or on hiking trails. I live about 20 minutes from Wachusett Mountain and that's a great spot. I also am near a totally fenced in park that's great for a game of fetch or some frisbee catching. I do this side gig as a way to get a little exercise for me as well so I try to be as active as your pet can be. The last thing you want is somebody who just lets your dog run around, unattended, while his sitter looks at his phone. I will be engaged and active with your dog...that's what you should be paying for.
