Pet care experience
We have had pets most of our lives together as a family. Our daughter is 9 and she loves our dogs Ben and Molly. Ben (4 year old) is a playful fun galoof at times, we always say he is “secretly smart”, he loves to play and loves attention. Molly (9 year old) is the most laid back gentle dog who just wants to sleep all day and sometime just sunbath in the grass in the back yard. We have cared for our friends pets and have dealt with dogs with higher anxiety and dogs with medications. We understand the needs for your fur baby to feel safe while you are away, and nothing better than some company with other playmates in the home and some snuggles on the couch. We also have 2 fish as well.

Another great stay. Tim and Amber are absolutely wonderful! Duke always has a fantastic time with them, they provide appropriate updates and make Duke feel like he’s at home.
Both Tim & Amber were great! They were wonderful sending regular updates with photos & videos. We discussed a couple areas regarding certain habits about Argo. It was positive and showed that they are very caring.
Tim & Amber looked after my dog Rudy while I was away for week. They sent lots of updates, and when I picked him up he was healthy and happy. Made my trip better because I wasn't worrying about him. Thanks.

We have two dogs, so a fenced in yard is a must. the yard for the city is fairly big to play and do their business'. We have a side gate that blocks the drive way. It is latched at all times in case the dogs get excited and jump up or accidentally pushes on it. There are some dog toys in the back yard as well, Ben likes to play with balls, and tug toys, he is not protective of them. He is a lover not a fighter, but he loves attention. Molly is more relaxed and prefers to lounge and watch from the sidelines. We typically will leave a water dish outside especially on hotter days.

What are their needs and behaviours like? How do they ask to go outside for a pee? Do they like a specific toy? Do they have any allergies (what if their dog eats some of our food, etc.). Any food aggression? Do they have a specific routine?
A typical day
Depending on the length of stay and what the customer would like, we generally will do some play time in the back yard with the dogs or go for walks. We like to do some tricks on the weekend, basic commands like sit, stay, shake a paw, etc.

Availability
With two dogs in the family we don't travel as much and often stay home on the weekends. During the week we both work, so Ben and Molly will be home while we are at work, they both have free reign of the house. They eat and play in the morning, and then again when we return home from work. Sometimes we go to the dog park, so they have good experience meeting other dogs.
