👋 My name is Tiffany & I’ve always been a pet person so this job is amazing to me! I do my best to keep the owners updated with pictures everyday I am dog sitting their fur babies. I have a yard they would love to play in but I still do walks. I do have kids & they are very lovable to all the pets I take care of so no worries there. I haven’t had any issues with my dogs going to her . But if your expecting a boarder who is going to update you then . She is not for you . I have sent my dogs for almost for a week with no update and I usually have to ask for them which is kinda odd but my dogs are happy so I give 4 stars .
Cat came back purrrfect
I give Tiffany 1 star. My dogs are alive. I received zero updates unless I asked. I always had to ask for pictures. I have used Rover multiple times and this is the first time I’ve had to ask for any updates. Communication definitely needs to be worked on. My dogs were with Tiffany from Tuesday until Monday. On Monday I text Tiffany at around 2:30 stating we were home and If I could pick them up around 3. She said no that she was picking her kids up then. But should be back by 4. I text her at 3:53 and stated that we were on our way. She once again tried to push back the time to 5. ( if you read some of the reviews this is a pattern) I said No I can’t Yes 5 was my original stated time of pickup however I’m confused as to why someone wants to keep dogs
Not sure how others have reviews about getting updates about their animals but we were disappointed when we went away for 8 days and had days in between where we wouldn’t get any updates at all about our dog. I had to request an update EVERY time. We communicated at the meet and greet how important that was to us, but it didn’t seem important to her. We understood maybe once a day would be nice but days would go by without updates. The only instruction we left was that he gets peanut butter in his Kong at bedtime due to that being a “normal” and more comforting thing for him but we got it returned and unopened. She watched our dog and we are grateful but the professionalism is lacking.

I let them play with balls in the yard when it not to hot & let them play with other toys inside so they won’t be bored. I like to give lots of treats !
