I have been a proud dog auntie/nanny to pups for 10+ years, earning the title "Auntie Tiff, The Dog Nanny" 😊 TIFF's EXPERIENCE - I am new to Rover, but I am not new to doggie care. I am an insured & bonded pet sitter!! 🙂 I have 10+ years of experience with a variety of different breeds, personalities, energy levels, and special needs. If your pup has a medical issue(s) and/or a disability, please let me know! I have a wide range of experience in this area. I have clients that are blind, deaf, paralyzed, etc. Additionally, I am in the process of becoming a Certified Dog Trainer in the next year, and I have been starting to practice some of my positive training techniques with my clients with basic obedience training! :) COMMUNICATION Pup-arazzi time! The important thing is to make you feel comfortable and I provide you with the right amount of communication. I provide a photo diary for your fur baby, which comes with a TON of photos and videos! So you can see all the fun things your pup is doing. I will be your pet's personal Pup-arazzi! 📷😎🐶 If it is a walk or home visit, you will get a visit summary along with photos right in your email at every visit. FIRST TIME CLIENTS & MEET & GREETS I know leaving your baby with a stranger is hard (especially if you are expected to go on a long trip). So, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask me any questions! If you are not exactly sure what to ask, I have a few things you can go over and read. Then, let's schedule to meet and greet. There is no charge and It's an opportunity for all of us to get to know each other! Let's see if this is the right fit. PROFESSIONAL LEVEL SERVICE This is my business and I do this full-time! Thus, I do have a mandatory protocol that I follow each time for the comfort and ease of your pet while you are gone, to ensure this is a right match, and to make sure I follow all my insurances if anything were to happen. Before the meet and greet: - I will give you all the new client intake forms, contract and vet release forms for your review. - I will need a copy of their updated vaccination records before the meet and greet. The required vaccinations are: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella., H3N2 Canine Influenza. Once we do the meet and greet: - If the meet and greet goes well, I request to conduct a short day stay (around 4 hours). This is a free service. This accomplishes 3 things, (1) fully evaluate your pup, (2) allow your pup to get comfortable with the environment, and (3) experience you leaving and coming back for them. The stress of staying in a strange place diminishes GREATLY with this simple day stay. Please book as early as possible if it is your first time with me!
