Highly Recommended! This was the first time that we hired a pet sitter for our 2 dogs. One dog requires twice daily medication and the second dog doesn’t like people. Our thought was she would do better staying in her own home. We found Tiffany’s profile and reached out for a meet n greet. Tiffany was on time and took notes during this initial meet up. We introduced her to the dogs and of course the shy nervous one was completely scared. The other dog was no problem! We knew after meeting Tiffany that we needed to hire her. We asked Tiffany to come around 5 pm so that we could show the feeding ritual for a visual presentation. We gave another quick tour ( the first was done on meet and greet) we also provided a several notes for medicine, smart home, feeding and general stuff including contacts numbers. Tiffany was super attentive to my worries and the fact that my baby didn’t like new people. We agreed that she would send photos at bed time and when leaving the house. Tiffany had no problem with this. She went above and beyond to help the nervous pup to relax. Our nervous pup would not eat no matter what she tried. It was the dinner time the second day alone she decided to try to feed her in her kennel. IT WORKED! our nervous pup cleaned her bowl. Upon reciving that text I was reassured that our decision to hire Tiffany was the correct one. From that point on my worries were non existent and I knew my dogs and my home were in excellent care. Tiffany is highly recommended, for your precious fur babies! Her care is top notch and I will certainly hire her again should the need arise! Thank you Tiffany for a job well done!!! A++++ PS she was not asked to take garbage out to road but she did. She also needed to handle a situation with a bunny that dogs trapped and sadly killed. This was not in the job description but handled no problem. She also noticed the dogs medication would be gone at the end of her stay she reached out asking if we had more or should she call for a refill! Amazing care!!!

Tiffany was terrific with our 2 dogs during her 24 stay. She obviously loves dogs and they were immediately very comfortable with her and she gave them plenty of attention and exercise. Tiffany is also very organized and took careful notes about the dogs’ schedules, as well as their food and medication requirements. Both before and during her time here her communication with me was always prompt and helpful. This was my first time using Rover and Tiffany made me feel very confident that my dogs were in good hands!
