I'm a dog-loving (and cat loving) mama, excited to care for your fur babies! I have a 7 year old Pointer mix rescue who is a very good boy. I have some extra time in the mornings while my daughter is at school to come by for walkies and snuggles while you're at work or elsewhere. I love them all, big and small! I've had dogs my whole life and never met a dog I didn't like. I'd be happy to reinforce any routines and training you have in place, just as I would want with visitors with my own dog. I understand how hard it is to leave our dogs at home while we're out, but also how wonderful it is to see that wild, wagging tail and excited greeting when you come home! I know I would appreciate the peace of mind knowing my dog had a fun, fulfilling day while I was out, so I am happy to provide that for your family.

It makes a dog feel more comfortable, as well as me, knowing we're all on the same page. Also, it would be good to know what your dog is most interested in. Can't resist a squirrel? Do bicycles make them nervous? All good info to know beforehand.
A typical day
I'd be happy to walk your dog around their own neighborhood so its familiar to them, or take them on the hike and bike trails if you prefer! Its good to have some enriching nature walks during the day, especially in the mornings. Who doesn't love a good breeze and birdsong?
