I adopted my first dog when I was 15 years old. She was perfect and I loved/cared for her for 15 years. She passed away at the ripe old age of 19 a few years ago. Her name was Sparkles and she was an American Staffy. Although I’ve always been a pet person, she has definitely opened my heart up to all kinds of dogs, especially bully breeds and senior dogs. I'm the family dog sitter and love going for long walks. Every family vacation I’m asked to take care of my furry family members, and do it willingly. I know how hard it is to leave a pet alone all day and fear leaving them with someone who isn’t going to care for them the way you would. So dog walking seems like the perfect part-time job for me. I currently work in Long Island City and have normal corporate hours, but will be available before (8am)/after (530pm) work during the weekdays. I am willing to do overnights on weekdays and weekends, as well as dog sit/dog walks on weekends.
