Hi there! I'm Tiffany! My husband, my dog Obi, and I are looking forward to sharing our 3 bedroom home, fenced-in yard, toys, cuddles, and tummy rubs with your pup! Your dog will have a great time with me, but don't just take my word for it: read through the reviews on my profile left by the humans of my amazing clients and check out the pictures of pups having a ball at my place. Lots of tail wagging for sure! Look for Tiffany's Dog Care on Facebook or Instagram @tiffanydogcare Our dog Obi (pictured, a 50lb, neutered male tolling retriever mix) will be a great playmate for your dog. He's very chill and mellow, so he gets along best with dogs with similar temperaments. Extremely active dogs should look for another sitter. I only accept neutered/spayed dogs over 1 year who are up to date on their shots to ensure the safety of all dogs in my care. Your dog must be house trained. I work from home (I teach English lessons online to kids in China) so I'll be around most of the time, although I'm sometimes gone for a couple hours for various reasons. Your dog needs to either be crate trained or able to be left in my home without anxiety or destructive behavior. I separate all dogs when I leave the house unless they are “siblings.” I also separate dogs for meal times. DAYCARE ($30/day): up to 9 hours, includes 1 walk, potty breaks, meals as needed, and plenty of time outside! If you need more than 9 hours of care, please book as boarding. BOARDING ($35/day, $40 holiday rate): is a stay up to 24 hours per night. If the total stay exceeds 24 hours/night there will be an additional $3/hr charge depending on the times you need. Your dog’s stay may overlap with other dogs, especially repeat clients who I am familiar with. Because of this flexibility, my availability calendar on Rover may not be accurate, just send a message to check! I'm accessible by phone all the time, and I love taking pictures, so you can expect to get lots of pictures and updates of how your dog is doing! A 30 minute walk per day (usually longer if the dogs are up for it) is included with every service. Mathews park is near my house and I usually take the dogs on walks there. We spend a lot of time outside during the day and the dogs are never left unattended outdoors. It's a good idea to reserve dates as soon as you know you need me! If you’re a new client, we’ll schedule a time to meet briefly before the dog's first stay so we can discuss details and get your dog familiar with my house as well as Obi and I. I am not able to reserve dates for you until the dates are officially booked on Rover. In your booking request, please include the following two things: 1) your drop off and pick up times. This will help me determine my availability and your rate. Check out my rate and time guidelines above. I'm very flexible on times with a couple exceptions: if you need to drop off or pick up before 10am or after 9pm that's no problem, but it must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance because of my other job. 2) any special needs your pets may have, ranging from dietary restrictions to behavioral concerns. I can provide better care if I'm better informed, and no one knows your dog like you do! Please send your pup with their food (either pre-portioned or with a measuring scoop), treats, leash & collar. I have plenty of water bowls around the house and yard, food bowl is optional. For safety, I cannot use a retractable leash while walking multiple dogs, but your dog is welcome to use one of my leashes while he or she is here. If your dog is crate trained, please bring that too.
