Dogs boarding in our home, or dog & cat visits in your home. FOR BOARDING SERVICES: **DOGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY 5PM THE FIRST DAY OF BOARDING** I am available for dog drop-offs from 5:30am - 5pm Pickup hours are from 8am-9pm FOR DAYCARE SERVICES (Mon-Fri only) Earliest drop off time is 6am Pick up by 7pm. Late pick up can be arranged at an additional cost, discussed during booking. *We do not currently offer daycare services on the weekends* Standard/listed rate is for 6 hours. WHAT TO EXPECT BOARDING & DAYCARE: * Required for boarding & daycare: pup up to date on vaccinations & current on his flea medication. - All dogs are fed separately with their own food. - Supervised snack time. - Can administer oral, eye or ear medications. - Only accepts non-aggressive, kid friendly dogs. - Dogs must be okay if needed to be put in a crate or separated with an exercise pen. - I have crates, an exercise pen, pet dishes, dog beds, blankets & some toys for pups to use while staying with me. Please feel free to bring along your pet’s favorite toy or blanket if that makes them more comfortable. FOR DROP-INS: Dogs, cats & caged critters (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.) available in your home while you're away. I will come to your home to check on your furry loved one. Care includes minimum 1 daily visit. Multiple daily visits may be arranged at your request (additional fee may apply). Things included in drop-ins: play time, potty break for dogs, clean cat box, fresh water and any feeds as needed/requested. Dog/cat drop in visits: $25 per visit within 2 miles of my home $30 per visit 2-5 miles from my home $35 per visit 5+ miles from my home For traveling sitting, I typically do not stay the night at your home. You decide how many visits you would like for your dog or cat. Home care services are available too - check your mail, take out the trash, water plants, etc. I’ve had pets, and have been around pets my entire life. From cats and dogs to small caged critters and large farm animals. The joy I’ve experienced over the years having and working with pets has fueled my desire to to continue working with animals. I have a deep commitment to the well-being and happiness of the pets, and understand that they need physical and mental stimulation needed for them to stay happy and healthy. I am a highly experienced and dedicated pet care provider with a strong passion for working with animals. I have spent a significant amount of time working privately with friends and family caring for their pets. The pets that I get to sit for instantly become like family. Additionally I worked in and managed a doggy daycare providing me with hands-on experience with large groups of pups running around playing. Doggy daycare has given me the opportunity to use and grow my knowledge of knowing how to read the body language of dogs and knowing the signs for when they are getting overly tired or just need a break. Between private pet sitting and a daycare setting I have worked with newborn puppies and kittens, all the way to senior dogs and cats. I love to spend time with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats, but will always have a special place in my heart for small dogs, and cats. I have experience with both senior dogs and cats, injuries and seizures. I have owned and taken care of many pets who have had specific dietary and medical needs, because of this, I am experienced in catering to special food habits and administering oral medications. Additionally, I have administered eye medication/drops, performed ear cleanings and given ear drops, even administered subQ IV fluids as well as other medications for my dogs. I understand the unique needs and challenges faced by older animals; such as managing medication schedules, mobility limitations, and other age-related concerns. I have basic puppy training knowledge, from working as a dog trainer for puppy classes earlier in my career and had trained my own dogs and helped train my parents dog.
