Pet care experience
Hello! I have grown up with all sorts of animals ranging from reptiles to fur babies! I have been in the animal business for almost 6 years and greatly adore their company. As someone who currently owns animals who stay at home when I work, I know it can be stressful to leave them home all day. I would love to get to know your animals and allow you to work stress free knowing they are being taken well care of! I am well trained in dog behavior as an assistant dog trainer along with body language and how they communicate! I have worked at Vets and Day Cares to allow my knowledge to grow, and my experience to flourish! As someone who currently works with dogs as my main form of employment, I am still well versed in dog behavior and temperaments along with client satisfaction of the company. I engage with the dogs and clients daily performing check in/ check out customer service along with fully engsung with them 1:1!

Depending on instructions of the client, I will fully adhere to how they want their visit to be ran, no problem! My cat has full access to my apartment as he is house trained along with my dog who behaves just as well! They are well taken care of supplement and food wise and are on a grooming maintence schedule. My dog comes with me to work to get his zoomies out while my cat has access to physical enrichment while we are away. Depending on communication preferences - clients will receive a text upon arrival and a good bye text upon leaving the housing area so they are kept up to date! I will also provide pictures of our activities done together if I am able to if they aren't wiggle monsters!

Please inform me of anything I would need to know about the animal or house prior to the visit. Examples: - How entering the housing area is done (garage, side door, keypad, key to locked door?) - Where the animal is located (kennel, not enclosed and out in the open, in a bedroom?) - How they are on walks if a walk is desired (leash reactive towards dogs or people, do they pull, are they slow and need to take their time?) - Where you would like me to leave them before I Ieave (back in original spot, etc?) - Any areas on the body they do not like to be touched (are the collar sensitive, don't like their ears touched, feet touched) - Their temperament (are they timid upon meeting? Aloof, territorial, etc) - Miscellaneous: Anything I need to know about the animal to where I can comfortably handle them much as safely possible.
A typical day
Consists of but not limited to depending on length of visit and wanted activities: Sniff & Seek puzzle with okay'd treats, fetch outdoors if permitted with enclosed yard, work with basic training commands if wanted for physical stimulus, walk outdoors so long as the weather permits, cuddles if they are less active, especially if my time performing the service is up beforehand! All including pictures to the client!

I am currently working full time at a Dog Franchise and I'm looking for a part time pet care Job in the afternoon from 1 pm - 9 pm Monday - Sunday. Days off subject to change so client intake may vary day by day. I have experience in bathing, in home services, activity play, dog training, play yard management, and more! I've always shyed away from people and have always gotten along well with animals and would love to gain more experience of 1:1 care. *PLEASE NOTE: Prices subject to change without notice.
