Pet care experience
I can travel within 30~miles of 98168, Incl. Burien, Tukwila, Seatac, Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett locations. Contact for visits outside of range. Do you wish for a positive experience for your family member? Maybe worried regarding their manners? Hello, my name is Tianna (Tea-Anne-Uh) or Tea, and I'm a certified CPDT-KSA Dog Trainer with at least 9+ years of professional experience in the field with continued education. I specialize more in rehabilitation and behaviour modification, so I truly do not mind the temperament, breed/species, size, or need of the animal in question - should that be canine, feline, avian, rodent, amphibian, or otherwise. For many years I cared for horses, some goats, chickens, domestic birds, and then snakes, lizards, fresh and saltwater fish, small animal care (rabbits, ferret, guinea pigs, etc), and so on for at least 10 years prior to my professional history. Various services I provide: + Nail trims for all creatures, including but not limited to: cats, bunnies, dogs, and birds * Dremmel optional + Dog Behaviour and Fear-Free Based Training (incl. with ea. service) + Animal Bathing and Brush outs + Personally catered training sessions outside boarding and walking My 'partner in crime' goes by River. She's an 8yr old cattle dog whose specialties are puppies and butt-headed males, with most notably since Covid, reactive females. River often provides an excellent outlet to keep certain personalities in check and a fantastic resource for those that don't otherwise see dog interaction as much. Due to having introduced her to training and behaviour modification since she was initially adopted at 2yrs, she now helps others to feel more comfortable and learn to be a dog themselves. My methods are fear-free based, centered around a positive approach, and will always be about the family and animal's needs. Feel free to reach out should you have any questions, concerns, or requests. Open weekends with flexible dates and times throughout the week. Contact Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM Your family members are always a priority and cared for to the utmost of my ability. I am trained in 'Pet First Aid and CPR', along with a gentle approach to nail trims and grooming affiliated activities. We include housekeeping ontop of a structured environment, and we operate under a "pack in, pack out" mentality. Let me know at anytime what you would or would like left be when in your home. To better help with price breakdown, here are the rough numbers outside of Rover: + 1hr Training sessions start at $85/hr + 5d overnight packages start at $1200 + Cleaning services start at $50 + Structured 1hr walks with a Trainer start out at $90 + Reactivity and Behavioural Modification lessons start at $125/hr and 5d lesson packages range from $625-$1200 dependent case by case I also work as a contractor for a couple dog training companies. Should you be in the market for such services, don’t hesitate to reach out! 🥰🐕 T. & Co.
Reviews
Tianna was remarkable. Responsive, reliable, thoughtful and wonderful with our senior dog.
Took good care of our babies and gave us confidence to travel abroad even as one of our babies decided to eat a cake the night before our flight. Crisp and quick communication with updates throughout the stay. Left our home clean and as we had left it.
T (& River!) is absolutely wonderful with our foster, Moxie, who has a tough history and isn’t always the easiest breed to manage (Malinois). She helps develop Moxie’s obedience, confidence, and socialization, and goes above and beyond as a guest in our home each sitting.
Tianna was incredible watching our dogs Christmas evening. So accommodating and thoughtful sending us updates with photos and status of walks/potty’s/snuggles etc. I’ve never felt more confident leaving my dogs in the care of another human. Thank you SO much for training, grooming, loving, our fur-babies!! We’ll absolutely be booking again soon!

Information Tianna S. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know their behaviour around other animals thus far, their temperament, possible health concerns, and any other information the guardian deems important, such as but not limited to; recent routine changes, living adjustments, new people in their life or the loss of people/oets, etc. all these things and more can provide a good image of the pup and how to best care for them.
A typical day
During my stay with them, we'll be adventuring through fields, parks, neighborhoods, and quiet side streets on walks. If we're doing a training-oriented structured walk, that might entail dogs barking as we pass by, or the sidewalk where cars may be an issue, passing others on the street, and controlling prey drive around other animals if applicable. Playtime is dependent on the days schedule but is often used as both a reward and an outlet for energy and freedom to be themselves. Training accompanies every service and will look and depend on the needs of the pups. We generally begin the day around 6-9AM, go for a walk, and return to have breakfast; human and pup, haha. I'll play and or allow them time to romp around before midday nap around Noon-2PM, where we usually get our 'second winds' before another walk and mealtime prep for 6-9PM, once again. Should these stays include specific training sessions, we pepper 15min blocks throughout the day to allow for fun reward breaks and low stress learning environments. We'll often use outside the home for these situations; parks, dog parks, side streets, and or pet friendly shops, to aid us in our goals. River, my mentor dog, is often along for this reason. Her major benefits have been territorial females, puppies, and possessive males. How could bringing a 'mentor dog' help in the care of your pup? Dogs are pack animals, and often will link up when presented. When introducing a new person, i.e. me, into the picture, they can act as a bridge for them to know me. Like a 'buddy system's, this partner often leads by example to allow the other pup to observe and, for example, see why a pawshake is worthy of a treat. By already having been trained and managed herself, River provides a fantastic 'dog' outlet for those maybe not always up to the social game, but may also have boundaries. Bonus if you too enjoy crafting schedules and or lists for your loves, more info the better ! We look forward to speaking with you and your family!

Availability
As it is my career I am available full time and will be around the entire service. My routine is based around how it can improve the pups day, so they are my priority. If anything comes up or I pop out for errands I always notify parents aforehand.
