Hello, my name is Tiani and I have been caring for animals personally and professionally for several years. I love animals and I enjoy taking care of them and playing with them. I try to understand each animal's personality and behavior in order to bond with them and best take care of them. I grew up taking care of our two horses and learning how to safely interact with them. My family also had a dog and I learned about dog behavior and how to take care of his needs. I understood his personality, likes, dislikes, and mannerisms. I knew that I loved animals and decided to start dog sitting. I started out taking care of family and friend's dogs by having them stay at my family's home. I now had full responsibility for each dog's safety and well-being, feeding, brushing, walking, giving medication, and playing with them. Throughout the year, I took care of several dogs and their owners knew they could count on me. I also volunteered with Regional Animal Services of King County and volunteered in cat care at a local Petco store. I was able to learn about cats and their unique behavior and mannerisms. I cleaned the cages once a week as part of a rotation and made sure that the cats were healthy, monitoring how much they ate and drank. I have also taken care of dogs in their own homes, making sure they were happy and healthy while also keeping an eye on the home. Recently, I have helped take care of my family's cat and chickens.
