Pet care experience
I have had a dog for a majority of my life and I am frequently responsible and looking after him! As well as family’s dogs and friends. When I am back from university I love taking him on walks, teaching him tricks and playing with him as much as I can! I have had him since he was a puppy and he is now 12, from this and other dogs I am well aware of how to care for any age of dog!

I ensure that the area was safe and I was familiar with where things were. I would also make sure i had contact with the owner frequently so they know that their pet is safe! I would make sure I am informed on what the dog/ cat is like, for example how they are on a walk, how they are with other animals and on/off the lead.

A typical day
I’d play with all their favourite toys! Challenge them with a puzzle perhaps, and teach new tricks to get their brain working as well as their body!

Availability
As a uni student I don’t get the chance to see my dog much and would love to keep some other animals company! I’m very flexible due to lectures changing frequently.
