I am new to North Carolina. When I lived in Georgia I ran an animal rescue and had my own pet sitting business there. This gave me tons experience with all sizes and temperaments of dogs and cats. I am familiar with house training, leash training, basic commands, and administering medications.

Tia Pike has a huge heart for animals. She founded a non-profit pet rescue in GA and continues to serve there. She has dogs and cats of her own that she treats like her children. She has vast experience pet sitting and has taken care of my numerous animals on many occasions to include dogs, cats, chickens and horses. She provides pics and videos of my fur babies when I'm away and upon my return the animals are always happy and have been well taken care of. I appreciate that rather than doing the bare minimum when it comes to my pets, she always engages with them and provides stimulation, playing with and loving on them. She is one of a very small number of people that I trust to care for my animals in the same manner as I do.
Our dogs are our children so we are really picky when it comes to dog-sitters. We will only leave them with the best, and Tia is the BEST! Tia dog-sat for our two dogs, and she was willing to stay at our house. She was at the house when she said she’d be there, she made sure to follow the notes and feed the dogs, give them medicine, crate them, etc. She is very dependable and has a lot of experience with all types of dogs (different sizes, breeds, etc.) We NEVER worried about the dogs when she was with them. We knew she could handle whatever came up and she’d always go above and beyond for our pups. Tia always sent pictures and videos of our boys while we were traveling. We were so sad when she moved because she was the best dogsitter!
Tia is the ideal pet sitter. She treats every animal she meets as if it were her own baby. She has a true passion for animals that is hard to come by. Not only will she keep your babies safe and fed, she'll play with them, snuggle in the bed with them, and send you updates to put your mind at ease. They will receive so much love and attention that they may forget you're gone!
Tia has provided excellent care for my cat on many occasions. Even when my cat was sick and I had to go out of town, Tia administered medications correctly. Tia loves animals and that love is evident whenever she is in the company of all types of furry creatures! I highly recommend Tia as a pet sitter, try her out, you won't be sorry!

While I'm happy to snuggle on the couch with your pets, I am also an avid hiker and trail runner, so I'd love to have your pup join me on these. I love a good pup field trip to Starbucks or a dog park if that's something your fur kid enjoys.
