I could not have asked for a better experience with Rover. Went on a 10 day vacation and honestly I was very apprehensive about opening my home and leaving my cat's care with a stranger but after reading Tia's glowing reviews and meeting her in person all my apprehensions were tossed out the window, Tia is a very sweet, out going and most importantly responsible young lady. We arranged to have her drop in twice a day to feed Gracie, fill/change her water bowl and clean litter box every third day. Done!!! Gracie warmed up to her very quickly. Received daily updates and photos. I would not hesitate to call her should I ever need her services again. I will 5 stars from me and 5 happy paws from Gracie!!! I would also like to add the following for those of you who are not certain about drop in services for your cat. A few years back I left Gracie at a kennel for a week. When I returned she was nervous and scared. Kept in a room the entire time (we paid extra for the larger room). Didn't bother to feed her the food we brought for her. There's nothing better for your cat than for her/him to stay in their own home in familiar surroundings. Though you aren't there the familiarity makes them feel safe and secure. Rover drop in's will provide the attention and care they need while you're away. When you return you will find your cat a little pissed that you left him/her but well taken care of. Not nervous and scared.
