Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs of every kind, Great Dane to Chihuahua or puppy to elderly, since I was 10! Neighbors, family and friends Have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets! I personally have owned and cared for dogs, horses, etc. my entire life! I also am very comfortable handling an “emergency” situation and responding in a approved manner.

Tia is the best! She goes above and beyond of what is asked of her, getting the job done RIGHT and pets are completely cared for! I don’t think I have ever met someone who loves my puppy and kitty, as much as I do! She cleans my cat box better than I could ever imagined someone to do! Even better than I do. ? I fully trust her to watch my pets when I go away. I just recently returned from a trip and they acted as if I hadn’t even left. My puppy jumped up and down once when I came in returned and walked in the door but after that he returned next to Tia and later down at her feet. And my kitty didn’t leave her spot, laying next to Tia! They absolutely love her! It is so relieving to know that they love her so much and are cared for at the level that Tia cares for them, while I am away! And my house was clean and smelt amazing! She has done way more than she is getting paid to do. She definitely goes above and beyond making you feel like your house and pets are taken care of. Also making you feel great returning home to a clean maintained home. I would, without a doubt, recommend Tias pet services!
Tia is wonderful! She has watched my dogs quite a few times now and we absolutely love her! She has so much love for animals! She 100% respects our needs and wants for our dogs and will do exactly as we asked her to do! I needed help in the whole training department and wasn’t sure how to fixes certain issues we were experiencing with one of our dogs. She helped me correct these issues and did not step on my toes at all, which is sometimes hard to accomplish this! She had never went past my approval and I am so blessed to have found her as a sitter! I trust her 100% and have a completely stress free trip whenever I leave my babies with her! She is so flexible and she some how always finds a way to fit us in when we need her! Y’all will love her and would recommend her to everyone who ever needs a dog/cat sitter! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for all your amazing care that you have provided us with, Tia!

I have 100+ acres, tons of yard to allow dogs to run and burn off their energy. I have a three story home that the animals will love. I will take multiple different families dogs at once but will keep them separated if needed or if Any dog is not spayed or neutered. I will not take a non neutered and non spayed dog at the same time, unless dogs are from the same family and family allows this. I do have a 6 year old daughter that LOVES dogs and cats and all animals, therefore any dogs or cat that would be a danger or any sort to her, I will still accept, but need to keep them limited to our downstairs of our home only! The dog will have no interaction with anyone else BUT me! I will also except cats and dogs from different families. However if the cat or dog is not friendly with the other animal type, then they will be kept on separate floors of house during stay! I am very flexible and have lots of room. I will care for all animals, and make special arrangements for the ones whom need them. I am also comfortable giving any prescribed or over the counter medications to your pets - if directed to give to animal by you, the owner!

No breed preferences. I love and am comfortable with all breeds! One thing that I REQUIRE to know about all dogs in my care is, Are they good with kids?? If they are not or are even questionable - that is alright but I will be making other stay arrangements for that car or dog while staying in my house. I would care for animal in another level of home in which my child would not have interaction with animal during stay. I will still give animal an extreme amount of love and care throughout its entire visit/stay. I have a very large three story home, so this would not be an issue for me or the dog/cat! Even If dog is great with kids, as far as feeding time and playtime when dog has its toy- my 6 year old daughter knows she is not allowed to be around any dogs when these take place during dogs stay! We have rules and no matter the dog she is not allowed to be touching them or near them when pups eating or have a toy- (unless dogs brings her a toy and drops it at her feet- staring that she can play). My daughter knows these rules - with all dogs and is extremely obeying to them! Also, I would need to know if pup is ok with children, even for dog walking services, due to the fact of then I could map out best area for us to go that would be away from where children “usually go” if dog can not be around them. And of coarse, I would LOVE to know any extreme likes or dislikes of your pet! Anxiety, eating habits, ETC - what to expect concerns you might have. This way I can make you and your pet as comfortable as I possibly can during its stay/care. TRUST is key and I want to show you and your pet that I am completely trustworthy! I will care for your pet however makes you most comfortable! You tell me, if desired!
A typical day
We will go wherever that owner and pet is comfortable! If owner would like us to go somewhere specific then we will go there! I have tons of acres at my home and house is not by main road, therefore I would love to play fetch with pup at my place and give pup lots of exercise! I prefer to not bring into the woods or hiking due to the terrible number of ticks we have here in Vermont. I also ALWAYS complete a through check for ticks on every animal that I bring out for walks and/or play - even if they have not been near woods area!

I am currently working from home making my own schedule, so I will have plenty of time to care and play with your pups! I’m available for boarding, daycare, at your house pet sitting, or occasional drop in feeding/walking on the weekdays or weekends!
