Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Thomas and I love spending time with animals whenever I can. I had a dog while I was growing up and also spent a lot of time with my roommate's cat over the last 5 years, so I have great experience handling both. I used Rover for several years when I was in college and also helped countless neighbors and friends take care of/watch their pets over the years. I unfortunately don't have a pet of my own right now, so I am looking forward to the chance to spend quality time with pets all across the Los Angeles area through Rover.

I would like to know the energy level of the dog. If they are high energy, it's totally okay. My dog Ted used to be full of energy 24/7 and I loved constantly playing with him. It's just nice to know so I can be ready! Also, any medical condition would be nice to be aware of. Other than that, I'm all set!
A typical day
I am a huge fan of playing with dogs. There's something about their excitement and glee when running after a ball that makes it all worthwhile. I love playing fetch, tug of war, or just running around with them. Sometimes they even tire me out when I play with them for awhile. A nice long walk never hurts either! I enjoy going on walks on my own but its always nice to have a pet friend to come along.
