Pet care experience
We have had our Cocker Spaniel Ziggy since he was 9 weeks old, he is now over one year old and full of energy. Ziggy loves playing with other dogs and he gets tired after play time. We love dogs and taking care of other dogs; they bring us so much joy into our lives. Poppy has also had a King Charles Cavalier in the past and she had her since she was a puppy. Between us, we have lots of experience looking after dogs and other animals. We take Ziggy on a 30 minute walk 2-3 times a day, one walk in the morning, one at lunch time and one in the evening. This can be adapted to your dogs preference. Our house backs onto a large nature reserve and we regularly meet with other dogs in the nature reserve, so they can all play together.

Tom recently looked after our dog Jonny (malteese)and could not have done more to ensure that he was happy and loved. He also kept us up to date with how he was getting on. Will definitely be using Tom again to care for him Thank you Tom for making this a pleasant experience.
Tom and Poppy looked after Bailey for 8 nights.They were amazing with him.He gets on so well with their dog Ziggy.
Tom, his wife and Ziggy are amazing. Marley loved his stay at Tom's to the point he felt really sad when he was back home hahaha. We definitely recommend them.

We have a garden, that is secure and of a good size, which is great for dogs to run around in. As mentioned previously, we have a huge nature reserve on our doorstep, which we use daily for exercise and walks. Just like our dog, your dog would be welcomed to snuggle up on the sofa or sleep on the bed if this makes them more comfortable. If your dog is not allowed to do the above then we will respect this.

Please let me know if your dog requires shorter or longer walks if needed and we can adhere to your dogs needs. Also please alert me if there is any special requirements such as feeding more than twice a day or any medication that they need to have and we can help with that to. Please make sure you bring your dogs bed or crate with you and also there food. I would recommend a blanket so they make sure they feel at home. We like to do meet and greets to make sure your dog feels comfortable in our home and also to make sure they get on with our dog.
A typical day
We love to play with your dogs and stimulate them mentally and physically. We have a huge nature reserve which backs onto our house and we love to take the dogs on walks there and let them play.

Availability
I currently work full time from home, so we have plenty of time to look after and play with your dog. We are available for boarding in the week and sometimes at weekends. Poppy works as a full time school teacher so we can't take holidays outside of the school term, this enables us to look after your dog throughout the year. We have set a cheaper price than other boarders due to our love of dogs and your dog would be welcomed into our home and fit into our daily routine.
