Pet care experience
I am a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep currently between roles, and looking to use my love of animals to make some money until my next role comes up. I am well-educated, reliable, and honest. I love all animals and I've always been good with dogs and cats. I will take care of ANY breed of dog or cat, as well as fish and reptiles, and maybe even weird/exotic animals (just please give me a heads up and detailed instructions). While I have never worked as a pet sitter, I have had dogs most of my life as well as cats, and have taken care of an elderly dog for a few years. I have also previously volunteered at an animal shelter. Fun Fact: I actually went to medical school for 2 years, and have an undergraduate degree in biology and most of a Master's degree in biology. While I am not currently certified in CPR at this time, I was a lifeguard for many years and I do know how to do CPR on animals. I have a soft spot for Rottweilers.

Tom has been nothing but amazing with my pets. I previously had a cat (Knox) and an elderly dog (Brady), and the level of care and love for them was just as if they were his own. My Brady boy, due to his breed and age had heart issues and was on multiple medications and Tom when taking care of him always made sure he got his medications on time. When he would have my animals overnight I always enjoyed getting video or picture updates of my babies. I now have a new puppy and I know that if I need someone to help out and watch him, Tom is a dependable and valuable person I can count on.

I would treat any animal in my care like they are my own child, the way I do to my own dog and 2 cats. I have a fenced in backyard for our dog and she is always monitored as well as having a Whistle Go gps tracker on her collar. Our 2 cats are microchipped, but are strictly indoor cats. If I were walking a dog on or outside the property on a leash, I would make sure the leash and harness/collar was appropriate for the animal in question. Personally, I use a prong collar when taking my dog on walks because she likes to pull, but with the prong collar I can leave the leash slack and she'll stay by my side. I do not have much experience with puppies and kittens, but I will do anything given to me for instructions on interacting with them. Please let me know ahead of time of any behavioral issues I could encounter with your pet

A typical day
We can run around outside if there is a yard/play area, play with any toys they like, play tug, fetch, anything your pet likes to do.
