Pet care experience
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional care for cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and temperaments. I have been surrounded by animals since the day I was born. I treat them like family, and my testimonials speak to that. Since I was 13, I have dog-sat for family, friends, and many clients from Rover. I am currently looking to secure long-term clients in Pittsburgh. I am comfortable taking several dogs for a walk at once, and I am more than happy to cuddle with them on the couch if they want. I have experience with dogs that are hard of hearing, mentally disabled, and/or partially blind. Dogs usually approach me and are quick to warm up to me. I guess you can call me a dog whisperer! I am fortunate to have a full-time, remote job. This allows me to spend as much time as possible with pup(s), and take them for frequent walks during the day. Thomas was with our pooch for 8 days and everything was perfect when we returned. He regularly sent updates with pictures. We will definitely request his services again for future trips.
Thomas took great care of our girls while we were away for the weekend. He was in communication frequently and sent us photos each day. I will definitely book him again when we travel.
Thomas was fantastic and I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area. He took my dog Fluff on nice long walks throughout the neighborhood, giving him great exercise and time to sniff. They bonded very quickly, which is great given how nervous my dog can be :-)
Thomas was fantastic! We do not leave our dog alone and were nervous how he would do with a stranger. Thomas came over a couple of weeks prior so he could meet the dog and so we could see how the interacted. Our beagle took to him right away. Thomas stayed in our place for four days. He sent text updates with pictures or videos each day. On Christmas Day he asked if we thought our dog would like to go with him so he wouldn't be alone all day. So our dog got to spend time with other people and dogs all day Christmas. It was clear that our dog was enjoying his time with Thomas. Thomas took him for several walks each day and made sure to follow the instructions we had left. I actually think our dog was disappointed to see us return as he got non-stop attention for four straight days. And Thomas was a great house guest as well and left the place in better shape than we had left it in. We are booking him for another trip in February. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Thomas.
