From what we can see Indy had a great experience, and overall had a wonderful time with Thomas. We are very thankful to have had him take Indy in at such last minute. Would love to use them again!

This was our first Rover experience and it won’t be our last! We haven’t left our 13 year old dog, Hendrix in the care of a stranger since he was a puppy so needless to say, we were unsure and nervous about how it would go. Thomas went on a short walk with us before we left Hendrix in his care and listened intently to our concerns and Hendrix’s needs. He reassured us that Hendrix would be in good hands. He sent us pictures and updates throughout the day and melted our worries away. Thomas took such great care of Hendrix and we are so grateful that we reached out to him to help us out. He took Hendrix for a walk to the park and provided a comfortable, cool environment in his apartment for him while we ran errands around the city on very hot day. I can’t say enough good things about Thomas. Once you meet him, you’ll pick up on his gentle, kind, loving energy and his deep care and love for animals. Thanks you again Thomas!! - April & Kevin
