Pet care experience
Greetings!! My wife and I are both long time dog owners, we know that ensuring your Pup is well cared for can be the #1 biggest concern of your workday or vacation. The good news is, we are GREAT with all dogs and love them just like our own, so no need for worries.... **Discounts for regular customers** Our doggy resume: Our customers loved us so much that we recently adopted one of our regulars, a 10 pound, 13.5/yr old poodle. I am the previous owner of two Labs, each over 70 healthy pounds & one very stubborn 100 pound German Shepherd. My wife Lauren has had three dogs including a Cavalier, Foxhound and an English Springer Spaniel. A few items we will touch base on before our meet and greet: 1. Are there any medications that will need to be administered? Do you have a method to do so (pill in food or treat). We don't want them missing anything important. 2. Dietary habits and needs while under my care. 3. How frequently does your dog tend to need outside trips? Are they house broken? What behavior should I be looking out for so I know it's time? 4. Let's talk walks: Leashes, harnesses, dog parks, other dogs and everything in-between. 5. A typical day in the life; furniture, chewing, rules, other behaviors, do's and dont's. 6. While an emergency is unlikely, let's set a plan.
Reviews
Great experience for my dog! Lots of great feedback from Thomas throughout the stay, and we will be back again for sure!
We left our fur baby Jesse with them, he’s a puppy and alot of work, we received pics videos and texts from them which in turn made our vacation a pleasure knowing he was in great hands. We would 100% recommend them to anyone who loves their animal as much as we do!! Even though we want to keep them exclusively for ourselves! Great people!!
Thomas was extremely responsive and professional. I booked him with very short notice for 2 walks for my husky/pitbull/australian shepherd mix, Kobe. He was truly great, and ended up taking Kobe to play fetch as well with the extra time allotted in the reservation. He kept me updated with photos and videos. Will definitely be using Thomas again!
Piper came home very happy. It’s obvious to us that Thomas really cares about the dogs! Thank you so much again

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a 2 bedroom house with a fully fenced backyard. Our goal is to stick to your dogs schedule as closely as possible, reducing any anxiety they might have going into a new environment without you. Dogs are welcome on the furniture. Dogs are welcome to sleep in our room, but not in the bed. We are happy to set them up comfortably below us. A few requests on our end: 1. While we are totally understanding of the fact that accidents do happen, especially in a new environment, we do ask that your dog be house trained. 2. We won't leave your dog for extended periods of time but we will need to step out for 1-3 hours periodically, as such, we should discuss any separation anxiety and behaviors before confirming a booking. 3. Please do not drop your dog off if they are sick. Don't worry, I'll be sure to send you a picture or two throughout the day!

Information Thomas C. would like to know about your pet
As mentioned above, we will have a phone call to go over some important information. If we are a good fit and it is possible to do a meet and greet then we can schedule a time. Otherwise if a last minute booking we can do a greeting outside with a transition to their new temporary home.
A typical day
Depending on your dog's preferences, we can do everything from fetch, tug of war and hiking to easy residential area walks and hanging on the couch. If your dog gets along with others I know a few dog parks within walking distance.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant for a healthcare organization and recent transfer to the permanent work from home life. Lauren is a Physical Therapist and home with me on the weekends and in the evening's. Someone will almost always be home with your dog! Walks will be first thing in the morning and in the evening with bathroom breaks in-between. I average 3-4 miles of walking a day so if your dog loves walking you have come to the right place.
