Great sitter!! This is our second time using Theresa and we will definitely use her again 👍🏻

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent pet-sitting service provided by Theresa. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Despite our agreed-upon schedule from Sunday 7 am to Wednesday 7 pm, Theresa left early, leaving me to rely on my neighbors for assistance. This disrupted my vacation, and caused unnecessary stress as I worried about my dog's well-being. Theresa's lack of communication throughout the visit was concerning. I had to ask her for photos updates daily because she seldom gave them to me. She also failed to adhere to my dog's specific needs, which we previously discussed months in advance when we met for the initial interview. I explicitly outlined expectations, emphasizing the importance of spending time with my senior dog and not leaving her alone for extended periods of time.  I provided detailed instructions, including daily medication regimen, but Theresa ignored most of this. Shockingly, she left my dog locked in a crate for 6.5 hours one day, failing to administer medication and also leaving out old and unmanageable chunks of dog food for my toothless senior dog to eat.  Despite expressing concerns, Theresa responded defensively, dismissing my worries as an overreaction. This unprofessional behavior, coupled with insults about my character, is unacceptable. My dog's comfort and well-being are my top priorities, and I believe I paid for a service that was not delivered. Regrettably, I no longer trust Rover's service and will be canceling my account. I will seek alternative options with a provider who can follow simple instructions and genuinely cares and priories the care for the pets.
