I grew up with a golden retriever/ cocker spaniel mix for 10 years. Through college I would help walk friend's or neighbor's dogs for fun. I would dog sit for a little extra spending money. Every animal has it's own unique personality and it is truly interesting to me to get to know them. I have not had my own pet for a couple of years due to my work as a nurse with 12 hour shifts and completing graduate school. I recently moved from Fayetteville, Arkansas to Denver. I started doing Rover to get to know the Denver area and play with the pets who's owners are busy like I once was. I currently have a lot of free time and I thought I could put it to good use by helping out those around me!
