I absolutely love dogs all the way to their hearts! My dog, Tika, is my very first dog. Ever! I've had her almost 12 years. I wish my career hadn't forced me to wait so long to rescue a dog I have spent a lot of time with my family's dogs and I've cared often for the dogs of my friends. My most happiest moments in life, now that I am retired and living in Pacific Grove, are spending time with Tika and the dogs of my friends and family. My friends will tell you how patient I am with dogs (and most humans🙃!) and how much joy I receive in giving dogs tender loving care. If your dog stays over with me and Tika, they will sleep on the bed with us (unless you wish otherwise). I keep a very clean home. I buy all of Tika's food ingredients from Whole Foods, and I cook, roast and poach all of her food -- she gets ONLY healthy treats, too. Your dog will drink only filtered water at my place -- no water straight from the faucet! I will feed your dog exactly as you instruct me. My vet is Monterey Animal Hospital. I tend to walk Tika for anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We will go out for potty breaks several times during the day (or as you instruct). I usually walk around my Pacific Grove neighborhoods, but often walk or drive to the coast and walk along the Asilomar. And, I look forward to walking your dog(s) at your fav places! I call my dog blankets "woobies." My woobies get washed every weekend. If you like, bring your dog's fav woobie and I'll be sure to have them hang out on it! Whether your fuzzy friend stays with Tika and me, or I come to your place to walk/feed them, I promise that your pooch(es) will receive five-star treatment when in my care!
