Pet care experience
I have been told I look like I belong with a dog. This may be because over time, I have come to love dogs more than people. Or, it might have to do with the two dogs I have at home, who I have trained over the past eight years to be absolutely pup-tastic. They are polar opposites but have found their own ways to love their humans. I have also volunteered in various animal shelters and worked as a dog boarder. For the past three years, I have been part of an organization called Canine Companions for Independence, which trains puppies to become service dogs. In addition, I have a knack for teaching dogs sign language commands so if that is something you are interested in, let me know! I have a lot of experience loving and training doggos and would be very excited to meet yours! I am flexible during the week for dog walks and drop-in visits, typically during afternoons and evenings. Contact me so we can work something out for you and your pup(s)!
