I'm a former vet tech who has been in the pet care industry for more than 15 years. I'm currently employed part-time at a well-respected holistic pet store that’s been open for over 50 years. I have been pet sitting professionally for more than a decade. I offer high-quality loving pet sitting or walking services in your home. I know doggy CPR and how to properly administer sub q fluids and most oral or injectable medications. I am well-versed in preparing and serving specialty diets such as raw and home-cooked. But most of all I am an absolute unabashed animal lover. If there are any pet-related questions that you have feel free to reach out to me I would be more than happy to assist and make you and your furry family member feel at home. I have a rescued mini Dachshund myself named Cooper and a tabby cat named Church and of course, they both are completely spoiled rotten!

I will love on your pets as if they were my own. I am trained in canine CPR and advanced first aid. I do require a properly fitted harness or collar for walks which I can easily provide if needed. I am very familiar with basic training and any related training tools and understand their safe and effective use. Safety and the comfort of your pets are the most important aspects of my care. I do prefer to follow you and your pets normal daily routine to keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible.

I love all breeds and sizes! But please let me know about any and all behavioral “quirks” and social preferences your dog may have and any allergies or food intolerances.
A typical day
I'll gladly drive to the local dog beach and any of several local dog parks if your dog is a active social butterfly. Or maybe a quiet snuggle on the couch watching tv together for those selectively social or with grayer muzzles. Hide and seek the treat and other busy nosework is fun for everyone as I usually have high-quality treats and appropriate chews available. I'm always ready for a tiring game of fetch or tug in the backyard as well.

Availability
I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play with your fur kids. I work at a fantastic pet store and have bosses who are supportive of my pet sitting so I have pretty flexible availability. You are also more than welcome to reach out to me if you need any pet products delivered as well.
