We left our pup with Theresa 4 days and 3 nights. I must say, Theresa did a great job of sending us updates on our pup when we asked how she was. We were hoping to get more photos but only got 4. I guess call me a helicopter mom. Now here is why, we decided to give Theresa 3 stars instead of 5. 1. I knew Theresa had 2 dogs of her own and watched other dogs. I just did not think she had that many dogs(we saw like 6-8. Too many too count) .. and CATS! The cats were all over her front yard and we actually saw one Inside the house. Just an update for other dogs and owners who prefer a home without cats. I know dogs are not the cleanest but when I dropped off my pup there was this stench. It honeslty was really bad. I wanted to stay a little longer to get my dog settled but I could not stand the smell. I told my husband we definitely needed to give her a bath when it was time to pick her up. Boy was I right, the entire car ride home my dog reeked. She smelled sour ,it was the worst she had ever smelled. We literally just bathed our dog 2 days before we dropped her off to Theresa so we definitely knew she was cleaned before the boarding. We gave her a bath at home and she still smelled. 2. we always bring my dog her bed so she can get comfortable. It was clean, no stains. and the interior is an off white. We received the bed back dark yellow, resembling dirt, smelly and there was definitely another dog's paw in it. There were 2 big paw prints and that did belong to my dog. We also have a photo of another dog clearly inside her bed. 3. Coco also came back with 2 insect bite marks on her stomach from what we could find so far. We do not know where they are from but it was definitely not in our home. We found them whenever we got home and gave her a bath. Coco is up to date with her shots and meds. Unsure of the others. However I thank Theresa for watching over our dog and giving us updates but this will probably be our last.

Theresa is very pleasant. Justice has lots of friends to play with! I had left plenty of food and when I picked him up it was totally gone and yet he appeared thin. Not sure what happened. The great reviews had given me peace of mind while we were away. All is well.
