Hi there! I am a certified dog trainer that has been certified for almost 13 years now. I have always loved animals and believe that your fur babies are family members and will treat them as my own! I follow any rules you leave me & will have a consistent schedule that will make them a happier member of your home! I know how to read a dog's body language and am not reckless with the well-being of your fur baby. I have worked with many different breeds of dogs and I have not met one I do not like. My grandfather was a vet, so I grew up working in his clinic, gaining the numerous caretaking skills I have today! It is my top priority that you have piece of mind knowing your furry children are being cared for in the best ways possible. Traveling away can be stressful to you and your pets. So I give 110% to caring for them while you travel so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest, instead of worrying whether or not your babies are having any sort of anxiety from your departure!

I was really worried about my pup Maddie, as she's a senior dog and I try to keep her as comfortable and on schedule as possible, but was so lucky to have found Thera to watch her. Maddie was able to stay in her apartment and keep to her normal walks and feeding, and have someone there for attention. Thera sent updates and pictures daily and took care of Maddie like she were her own pup. It's a real relief to know Maddie was so well cared for and I'm sure I'll be contacting Thera again the next time Maddie needs a sitter.
Thera was great as a walker for our large pup! I could tell she wasn't allowing the dogs to jump on her when she arrived because they didn't bother trying on us when we got home from work. She knows dogs!
Thera was wonderful! She sent us lots of pics and kept us updated. We will definitely be calling her again!
Thera is an Amazing pet sitter. We have a high maintainence Maltese named Bentley that has trust issues and takes a while to warm up to people. Thera was up for the challenge. She was patient and visited us on 3 separate occasions before our vacation to walk Bentley and get to know his routine. While we were on vacation, Thera was excellent about communicating. She sent daily updates including photos & videos of Bentley. She also took care of our 12 year old cat. Feeding him twice a day and giving him the attention he needed. We returned home to pets that we're happy and well cared for. I don't think they were even that excited to see us because they had such a great week with Thera and her daughter. We are all looking forward to having her house & pet sit for us again.

I would like to know if there are any behavioral quirks, both positive or negative, that I should be aware of. Any aggression issues, such as food, toy, leash, dog aggression, etc. Are your pets good with children. I have a 12 year old daughter that goes with me for my jobs if she isn’t visiting her dad. I do not have any breed preferences, I am not what I like to call a “breedist”. A breedist is a term I came up with that labels individuals that are basically racist against certain breeds, either due to misinformation they have been given or personal experience.
A typical day
I will ask you where you routinely walk, so to give your doggos something familiar as their routine is when you’re home. If you permit it, I’ll take them to a dog park near by that I have frequented myself and would take my own fur baby to. I will ask what fun activities you like to do with your pets and I will try my best to provide similar activities, so I can bond and become your pets best friend while you’re away. There will also be lots of pets and snuggles to help reduce any separation anxieties or stress during your time apart.
