Great to my pal and did her best. My only issues was with communication and probably just rover itself, I’m a first time user. I booked Theodora maybe a month, month and a half beforehand and she wanted to raise her prices but didn’t let me know until it was the week of when I was leaving. Theodora was nice enough to meet somewhere in the middle for the price change but I almost felt like I was in a situation where I had to take it because I didn’t have the time to meet and book another sitter, I wished she would’ve told me sooner. Another issue I had with Theodora was on my dogs first night there, she ended up eating some of her chocolates. Thankfully Theodora took care of things and my pal is okay. I filed a claim through rover because Theodora told me about it and all is taken care of. What I didn’t know was that there was going to be $250 minimum charge for rover to take care of any accidents or vet charges. I will take fault for not reading through the terms and agreements in the moment it’s on me for not looking it over while I was on vacation, but I kinda feel duped here because it feels like I’m covering for a mistake that did not happen on my watch. My issues doesn’t take away from Theodora’s care and attention that she gave to my pal. She spent lots of time with my dog and always communicated once they were together or did anything. She even made my dog food when what I gave her during my dogs stay ran out. She’s very kind and she gave me a lot of tips to just be a better owner, I’m a total beginner. But overall not really the best first experience for me

Theodora went above and beyond and took every precaution when caring for our busy puppy Willow. She made sure to keep her safe, since she still hasn’t gotten all her shots, while also making sure to socialize her and keep her busy. She initiated crate training for us and kept us more than updated with videos and photos of our sweet girl. Her son is incredibly patient and loving with even the most hyper pups like ours. Thank you Theodora, we can’t wait to stay with you again, if you’ll have us, as our schedules allow :)
