Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs all my life and am very much qualified to feed, walk, bathe and care for any dog! I’ve recently sat a dog for weeks at a time and had a blast! I value any time I have with dogs since being away from mine in college. I have a pretty open schedule outside of work. I only work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. After work on those days I have the rest of the day to go take care of the pets! My work hours are typically 5 AM to 12:30 PM, and willing to check in before work hours if necessary! I’m very flexible and can adjust to what is expected from the owner to satisfy the needs for taking care of their lovely animals (:

Thayer was amazing! She went above and beyond to care for our dog, Saydee. She stayed extra hours for the drop in just to hang out with her and make sure she felt comfortable.
Thayer is the love of her dogs lives. They are rescues and immediately bonded with Thayer. She has always taken care of them by walking, feeding and doting on them with lots of love an attention. She has dog-sat for many dogs and they look forward to it!
Thayer had watched my Toy Aussie for two weeks and did a great job! He’s quite the handful but she had walked him daily sometimes multiple times, kept he well fed by even going out of her way to buy him extra food, sent me pictures of my dog as well as constantly kept me up to date with him and his health. Overall she was great with him and I don’t think he wanted to leave her!

I would love to know about any specific medication necessary and anything special about the dog that may be out of the ordinary to looks out for. If the dog has a pretty regular schedule of when to eat, potty, or walk that would also be great to know!
A typical day
I love being outdoors! Some of my favorite activities with dogs are walking on the green belt, hiking camels back, and also walking through neighborhoods to scope out pretty houses. If allowed and the dog get along with other dogs, I also love going to dog parks so the dog can mingle with others.
