Huge backyard, reliable dog owner
Pet care experience
We're a couple in our 30s and recently moved to California from Australia with our 2.5 year old Great Dane, Arnie. He is gentle with puppies and all size dogs and is well trained (pls see pictures of all his new friends I have dogsitted including lab and golden retriever puppies). We have a large fenced backyard but we also take walks and one hour park plays and do fun obedience training everyday. I work from home and will be able to care, feed and monitor your precious furbaby;. I usually only take a maximum of 2 dogs at a time so I can make sure I can give all dogs the attention he/she needs. On the weekends we usually take Arnie hiking to places such as Mission Peak or to Crissy Fields so the day is full of activities! Arnie sleeps and sun bakes most of the day and he would love to make new friends in America! Please note: We are dog lovers and do not just leave pets in our backyard. Staying with us means your part of the family and get to lounge on the couch and go to parks/walks everyday. The back door is open all the time so Arnie and friends can choose to lounge on the couch or have a play/sunbake outside. I do not take any pets to fenced dog parks as I find there are many untrained dogs there. I go to a large open park everyday and can walk your pets on leash if they're not able to be recalled back. I also do basic obedience training while your dog is in my care to stimulate their minds and to make sure life is more enjoyable for both dog and owner. During the night Arnie sleeps on the couch and we have dog beds/mats set up around our the living room. During doggy daycare and boarding, I update owners by sending at least 10 pictures per day! Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions :) DOGGY DAYCARE Daycare is $30 for approximately 8 hours between 7am - 6pm MON - FRI. If you require additional hours, please let me know and we can work something out. Weekend daycare is $50 for approximately 8 hours between 7am - 6pm SAT - SUN. If you require additional hours, please let me know and we can work something out. DOGGY BOARDING Boarding is $60 for approximately 24 hours. Weekend rates may vary and be slightly higher as will take your beloved pet out hiking, swimming, parks and walks with our Great Dane, Arnie. All prices will be advised before accepting a booking,

Thao is a terrific dog sitter. You can tell she loves dogs. She has a great yard for the dogs to play. She sends lots of pics of Andy at play and resting. Andy enjoys playing with Arnie. I could not have found a better person to watch my dog.
I was hesitant to write such a raving review because I worry that Thao will soon be flooded with requests and then be fully booked! The selfish part of me wants her to be available always so she can watch my puppy Roxy. I first met Thao and her husband at the park where we give our dogs some off leash play. I was impressed with how gentle and well behaved her Great Dane was (and if you've never seen one before, he's about the size of a small horse.) This gave me confidence that she could handle my energetic 9-month old Golden Retriever. Thao kept me updated all the time with pictures of Roxy during her stay, which really helped put me at ease. Roxy had a blast wrestling and playing with Arnie, and Thao even helped work on her obedience training and gave some training tips. I would definitely book Thao again for another stay!
Thao is the best sitter! If you are looking for someone who really care about your dog, she is the best choice. She is even better than me and gave me some really good advices for taking better care of Cor. She took Cor to park everyday for an hour to have fun with other friends and sent me lots of great photos. Cor had a lot of fun playing with Arnie, they stay together everyday, Arnie is like his big brother. Thao is new on Rover but is a perfect sitter:) Really thank you Thao!

We spend an hour every evening at Frank M Santana Row Park with lots of fetching and fun obedience training. On the weekends, we like to take Arnie hiking or to the beach! Eventhough we have a huge backyard with plenty of space to run and play, we still make sure walks are given and playtime at the park is a must to socialise and stimulate our precious dogs!
