Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my entire life, growing up with two labs. I also have a beagle in the family who I walk regularly. I have worked at a dog daycare in the past, so I am very familiar with various breeds and proper dog handling techniques. I have also volunteered at Partners for Pets and Metro-East Humane Society. Keeping your dog safe throughout walks or visits is my top priority, and I promise to love your dog as my own during our short visits together.

A typical day
I love to go on walks in new places with animals. In the Edwardsville area, my favorite dog walking places are the Watershed Nature Center and Schon Park. Also, if the dogs do well with toys and there is a fenced in backyard, I love playing fetch with them. Additionally, I like to work on training behaviors and reinforce learned behavior while parents are gone, such as common commands ("sit", "stay", "down", etc.).

I am currently a college student, so I have a lot of availability for scheduling throughout the day and during weekdays. I am able to be flexible when it comes to last minute changes.
