Pet care experience
I’ll start by saying my father’s household always had dogs in sets of 4 and my mother’s house was where I could have cats, hamsters, Guinea pigs etc. As an adult, I have had both dogs and cats but currently I am an empty nester. So, I have quite a bit of pet owner experience, and I have gone through both the puppy and the kitten phases with my own pets, so I can help with some basic training (for dogs of course, we all know cats train us!)

Omg I can not justly praise Tessa enough!! She was so amazing I will never leave my dog with anyone else, ever again. It was my 1st time leaving my 2 year old 'Big' dog for more then a night or 2. Not once was I worried or left wondering if things were good. She kept me up to date, daily. And she sent a lot of pictures, which was great. Tessa went above and beyond. I am so happy I found her!

If at my home, I do not have a fully fenced yard, so we would be going on walks throughout the day. I am flexible with taking walk breaks more than once throughout the day, my schedule typically allows for a few short breaks and a 1hr long break.

A typical day
There is a dog friendly brewery near me that has a dog friendly run/ walk club that I attend, this would be on the roster of activities if it is in your pet’s wheel house. I am familiar with lots of area trails for walks and have some enrichment activities I could provide as well.

Availability
I have worked from home full time since 2020, my schedule is 8:30-5pm. Typically I go to the gym for an hour or so in the morning and otherwise I am a homebody for the rest of the day.
